I Will Meet You There

Out beyond ideas

of wrongdoing and right doing

there is a field.

I will meet you there.

-Rumi

Our task must be to free ourselves...

Human beings are a part of a whole called by us the "Universe",
a part limited in time and space. We experience ourselves,
our thoughts and feelings, as something separated from the rest
- a kind of optical delusion of consciousness.

This delusion is a kind of prison for us,
restricting us to our personal desires
and to affection for a few persons nearest us.

Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by
widening our circles of compassion
to embrace all living creatures and
the whole of nature in its beauty.

-Albert Einstein

Legends say that hummingbirds

Legends say that hummingbirds

float free of time,

carrying our hopes for love, joy and celebration.

The hummingbird's delicate grace

reminds us that life is rich, beauty is everywhere,

every personal connection has meaning

and that laughter is life's sweetest creation.

Winner's Circle Consciousness Model

To be honest in communication.

To keep agreements once they're made.

To speak only with a good purpose.

To take responsibility for creating and supporting an abundant environment.

To get off what clearly isn't working.

To be willing to share and support so that everyone succeeds (every act is a contribution to the whole).

To acknowledge others for what they've done.

To choose and re-choose where you are in order to be successful.

To value our fellow humans.

If You Bring Love by Joseph Campbell

At a certain moment in Nietzsche's life, the idea came to
him of what he called 'the love of your fate.' Whatever
your fate is, whatever the heck happens, you say, "This is
what I need." It may look like a wreck, but go at it as
though it were an opportunity, a challenge.

If you bring love to that moment - not discouragement - you
will find the strength is there. Any disaster that you can
survive is an improvement in your character, your stature,
and your life. What a privilege! This is when the
spontaneity of your own nature will have a chance to flow.
Then, when looking back at your life, you will see that the
moments which seemed to be great failures followed by
wreckage were the incidents that shaped the life you have
now. You?ll see that this is really true.

Nothing can happen to you that is not positive. Even though
it looks and feels at the moment like a negative crisis, it
is not.
